Returns and Refunds We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Cosmetics and jewellery that have been opened, worn, or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
